We cover all duties—no extra fees at delivery, ever.

Our pieces are shipped from our US warehouses, so some orders may take a little longer to clear customs. We track every package closely and keep you informed along the way.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll ship everything together once it’s available. Want your in-stock items sooner? Reach out to us.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping (Duties Included)

• Free Shipping on orders over $$159.$01
• Standard Flat Rate $7.55 for orders under $$159.$00
• Shipping within 5–8 business days

Express Shipping — $12

• 2–3 business days once shipped.

Good to Know

• Orders placed before 12 p.m. MST (Mon–Fri) aim to ship the same day.
• Shipping times may vary by location and carrier volume.
• Pre-ordered items ship once available.
• Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Couriers

We ship with UPS and FedEx.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (Express or Priority only, typically 2–3 business days). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or other US territories.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once processed, orders usually can’t be changed or canceled. If you need help, please contact us right away.
